| BRESOLA WRAPPED MOZZARELLA WITH BASIL LEAF & ARUGULA OIL |

| Ingredients |
8 oz Bresola, thinly sliced
2 large balls of buffalo mozzarella, sliced thin
1 package of fresh basil leaves

| Method: Avocado Creama |
| Lay out bresola slices and cut mozzarella to fit into the middle
of the bresola
Place one basil leaf on top of cheese so the tip will stick out
once rolled
Fold each side of bresola over the cheese and basil and put onto
a platter for serving
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil or arugula oil |
