BREEZOLES TIS SKARAS - CHARCOAL BROILED LAMB CHOPS
Yields: 4 servings
Ingredients
8 lamb chopsf
to taste salt and pepperf
1/4 C vegetable oilf
2 cloves garlic, mincedf
1 lemon, juice of
1/2 tsp oregano
Method
  • Prepare charcoal for grilling.
  • Salt and pepper lamb chops. Mix remaining ingredients and brush chops with some of this mixture, reserving half for basting.
  • When coals have turned white, place chops on grill. cook to desired doneness on each side, basting often.
  • Remove to warm platter and serve.
