Bacon Wrapped Crab Stuffed Shrimp
Serves 4
Ingredients for Shrimp
12 large Shrimp
Crab Stuffing, recipe follows
12 strips Bacon
Ingredients for Crab Stuffing
1 Rib Celery, minced
4 each Green Onions, minced
12 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 1/2 tsp Old Bay
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 large Egg
1 tsp Dry Mustard
2/3 cup of Sour Cream
1/2 cup dry Bread Crumbs
1 lb picked Crab Meat
Method for Shrimp
• Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
• Peel the shrimp and butterfly the shrimp. Fill the shrimp with the crab stuffing. Wrap each shrimp with bacon. Lay on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake the shrimp until the bacon is crisp, 12-15 minutes.
• Serve the shrimp with mashed potatoes and pineapple salsa.
Method for Crab Stuffing
• Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Adjust seasoning as needed with salt and pepper
