| Ingredients: Later and Optional |
1 large Avacado from Mexico for Margarita
1 Avacado from Mexico for Garnish |
| Method for Avocado Margarita |
• Pour the first five ingredients into blender.
• Blend until smooth. (Taste if you like.)
• Open one avocado from Mexico, remove pit.
• With table spoon, remove in small increments the
avocado and place in blender. (Half avocado for
each margarita– try not to scoop out each whole
half, do it in increments as not to over blend the
frozen product and become watery.)
• Add two additional ounces of sweet and sour
to frozen batch and avocado and blend for about
20 seconds.
• Prepare your martini glass with Chili-Lime Salt for
a wonderful contrast! You may buy in Latin markets
chili-lime salt such as Lucas or Trechas.
|
| Garnish |
• Gently roll outside side of mexican avocado slice
on kosher salt or chili-lime salt. Again gently
handle and press inside of mexican avocado slice
onto the rim of the glass. Do not over press as
slice of mexican avocado may break.
• Enjoy the shocking and delicious creamy flavor
that the Avocado Margarita has to offer! |
