5 oz Sirloin Steak, boneless
2 Mushrooms, sliced into 8 pcs
1 tsp Soybean Oil
1/2 Clove Garlic
1 pinch Salt & Pepper |

| Ingredients for Chicken |
3 oz Chicken, boneless, cubed
1 Mushroom, sliced into 4 pcs
3 dashes Cooking Wine
1/2 tsp Soybean Oil
1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 Lemon, sliced |
| Ingredients for Benihana Ginger Sauce |
5 oz Onion, sliced (rinsed in running water
for 15 min)
2 oz Ginger, peeled, sliced thinly
1 Lemon, peeled, chopped, juice squeezed
2 cup Soy Sauce
1 cup Vinegar |
| Ingredients for Benihana Cream Sauce |
2 cup Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Ground Roasted Sesame Seeds
1 cup Whipping Cream
1 pinch Garlic Powder
1 tsp Dry Mustard, dissolved in 1 tsp water |
| Method for Steak |
• Add oil to heated non-stick skillet (for electric
skillet set at 360 F).
• Cut steak into bite-size pieces and cook with
mushrooms and chopped garlic until done.
• Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
• Serving suggestion: Dip steak in Benihana Magic
Mustard Sauce. |
