| Papaya salad |
| Serves: 4 |

| INGREDIENTS: |
6 C grated green papaya
4 T fish sauce
4 T fresh lime juice
2 T sugar
1 C cut cherry tomatoes
1 C 1 inch cut long beans

| METHOD: |
• In an asian smasher bowl, put all the ingredients
along with the grated green papaya and smash lightly
until the papaya and the rest of the ingredients result
in a juicy and tasty green papaya salad.
• Serve in plate of your choice and sprinkle ground
peanut on top of the salad and decorate with per
fumed mint leaves |
