CHICK PEA DIP

INGREDIENTS:
1 water glass chick peas
1/2 T salt
1/2 C Espresso lemon juice
2 garlic buds crushed
1/2 water glass sesame juice
1 T olive oil
METHOD
• Add 1/2 t. sodium bicarbonate.
• Boil chickpeas.
• Crush and remove skin.
• Mix chickpea with rest.
