Chocolate Torte
INGREDIENTS:
225 gr semi-sweet chocolate
225 gr non salted butter
8 large eggs
90 gr fine sugar
100 gr sifted flour
METHOD
• In a bain marie melt the butter and chocolate while stirring.
• Beat the eggs and sugar in a mixer at high while waiting for the chocolate to melt.
• Once the chocolate and the butter are melted, pour them in to the mixer at medium speed for about 2 minutes.
• Follow by adding the flour a little bit at a time.
• Grease 4 ramequins and add the mixture 1/4 of the way.
• Pre-heat the oven to 220 C and add the ramequins for 10 minutes.
