| Cuban Garlic-Citrus Sauce |

| Ingredients |
1/3 C Olive Oil
6-8 Cloves Garlic, thinly sliced or minced
2/3 C Fresh Sour Orange Juice or Lime Juice
1/2 t Ground Cumin
To Taste Salt and Pepper |

| Method |
| Heat olive oil in a deep saucepan over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant and lightly toasted but not brown, (approx. 30 seconds).
Add sour orange, cumin, salt and pepper.
Bring sauce to a rolling boil.
Adjust the seasonings, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Ideal for marinating chicken or pork. |
