| Ingredients for Filling |
5 large Farm Fresh Eggs
1 large Yellow Squash
1/2 cup Dallas Mozzarella Company's
Texas Goat Cheese
1/2 cup Fresh Cheese
1 tsp of Kosher Salt and Black Pepper

| Ingredients for Crust |
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Butter
1/4 cup Water

| Method for Quiche |
| Preheat oven 325ºF |
| Method for Crust |
| Dice butter and knead into flour.
Leave in larger chunks of butter if a flaky crust
is desired.
Mix in the water and spread with a rolling pin.
Place into buttered pan and mold as desired. |
| Method for Filling |
| Cut yellow squash into 1 centimeter thick sliced
and grill until marked.
Dice and spread along the bottom of pie crust
with goat cheese and fresh cheese
Whisk the eggs and add the kosher salt and
black pepper
Stir in the heavy whipping cream
Pour mixture on top of the squash and cheese,
filling the quiche
Place into oven and rotate after 15 minutes
Let cook until top is golden brown and eggs
have become mature and firm |
