| Bulgogi (5 lb Thin-Grilled Sirloin in Korean-style Marinade) |

| Ingredients for Marinade |
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 cup Oriental Honey
3 tbsp fresh ground Ginger
11/2 tbsp ground Pepper
5-6 tbsp fresh ground Garlic

| Method for Bulgogi |
| Mix first 5 ingredients thoroughly.
Marinade the beef for approximately 1 hour.
Take the beef out of the marinade and stir-fry in
wok. Add the sliced pear, sliced green onion
and sliced carrots.
Stir-fry until meat is cooked through.
Serve on a bed of steamed rice. |
