| Chocolate Lava Cake |

| Ingredients |
12 oz bittersweet
1 C butter
1/2 C flour
1 C sugar
6 eggs, whole

| Method |
| Melt the chocolate and butter in a double broiler.
Meanwhile whisk flour, sugar and eggs in a kitchen aid until risen
twice in size.
Fold in the chocolate into the egg mixture until well incorporated.
Flour and butter tin pan.
Scoop mixture into tin pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. |
