| Butter Chicken |
| Serves 6-8 people |

| Ingredients |
4 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons fenugreek leaves
2 tsp ground white pepper
1/2 pound salted butter
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 whipping cream
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp paprika sweet

| Method |
Cut chicken breast in cubes. Marinate chicken in tandoori paste
or masala, bake in oven at 350° F until cooked.
At low heat, in a sauce pan add tomato sauce, butter and
whipping cream. Add all ingredients above. Cook until it bubbles.
Simmer and add tandoori chicken breast to the sauce.
