| Apple Brie Burger |

| Ingredients |
Burgers:
1 oz 1/4" x 1/4 diced onion
1 lbs lean ground beef
1 large egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1/4 tablespoon garlic powder
1 dash celery salt
1/4 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 dash dried thyme

Caramelized Onions:
2 large onions – 1/16" sliced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup butter
Place butter and onions in pan and sautée until onions are translucent. Add sugar & vinegar and cook until thick and syrupy.

Chutney:
28 oz can cranberry
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup apple cidar vinegar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
2 fl. oz port
Combine in Pot and bring to boil. |
| Preparation instructions: |
Mix burger until well combined. Weigh burgers to 6 oz., place onto grill and cook to well done. Place 1/4" strips of Brie on top
of 1/4" wedges of red apple and place on top of the burger
patty. Place into a 400 degree oven until the Brie has melted
over the apple and burger patty. Place patty onto an onion Kaiser roll that has been toasted. Drizzle 1 fl. oz of the Cinnamon Port Chutney over the Brie and garnish burgers with 1 tablespoon of the caramelized onions.
