| Buchanan’s Port Stilton Sauce |

Ingredients
|
3 Tbsp Butter
1 Small White Onion Diced
2 oz Stilton Cheese
Splash Port (We like Fonseca Bin 27)
12 oz Demi Glace
4 Tbls Whipping Cream
|

Method
|
Saute Butter, diced onions.
Add Cheese stir until melted.
Add the splash of port and the demi when married add
whipping cream to finish.
Serve on hot off the grill beef and a big glass of Cabernet Sauvignon! Heaven!!
