Sake-Steamed Seafood Medley

INGREDIENTS

3 scallops (cut each in half to make 6 pieces)
3 Pakalolo shrimp
5 mussels
2 oz edamame beans
1 roma tomato, chopped
1 pinch ea garlic, ginger, and shallots
1 pinch cilantro, chopped
1 pinch parsley, chopped
1 T butter
1 oz sake
1 drizzle olive oil
salt and pepper

TO FINISH

  • Arrange with mussels on the bottom, topped with scallops and shrimp. Drizzle with olive oil.
