3 fried won tons, each 4x4
2 oz wasabi miso dressing
1 t unagi sauce
Adobo Spice Blend for the ahi
2 sprigs fresh cilantro
salt and pepper
1/4 tub daikon sprouts

3 t brown sugar
2 t ground coriander
2 t ground cumin
1 t ground cinnamon
3 t chili powder
2 t paprika
1 t cayenne pepper
3 t ground ancho chilis
2 t Kosher salt
