IN JANUARY 2006, Charleston’s culinary world receieved a new addition to the family of fine
dining restaurants when two young, talented chefs Cory Elliot and David Szlam partnered to
open Cordavi Restaurant. Elliot and Szlam launched a restaurant that soon became a
favorite local hide-away with eclectic, nouvelle cuisine, a dramatically upgraded dining room
and a whole new attitude in the kitchen. A seasonal menu along with purchases from local
farmers and fisherman ensure that the products served are of the highest quality. With
