Cave Creek Olive Oil Company is a retail outlet that has premium olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars. Our olive oils are fresh and come from all over the world. Olives are crushed in May (southern hemisphere) and November (northern hemisphere) offering the highest quality olive oils in the market place. All of our oils have been tested twice and we provide the chemistry of each one of them. Our balsamic vinegar comes from Modena, Italy. A lot of the oils and vinegars have been infused with a natural flavor. A healthy way to flavor your food. We also carry pasta, stuffed olives, tapenades, salsa, and AZ honey (in our store).

Crema is housed in two of Old Town's historic and notorious 1930's buildings -- once owned and operated by a convicted bootlegger. Much of Old Town is connected underground by tunnels used during prohibition.
