The Japanese term Omakase has several meanings, from a Japanese chef to his client, it means "Let the chef decide", when a client say's Omakase to a sushi chef in Japan the message translates as "Astonish me!" The literal translation is of "entrusting". The Kaizen Sushi Bar's approach blends all three concepts into a selection of different Tasting Menus offered to both new and returning patrons.
Master chef Keitaro invites his guests to entrust him to decide what the season and the markets have best to offer in seafood and produce at that particular moment in time, that will enable him to astonish the client and their guests.
