Prior to moving to Austin Brian was the chef at the Historic four star and four diamond St. Paul Hotel in St. Paul Minnesota. Brian hade several recipes featured in The Guide to Historic Hotels in America and was invited to participate in the James Beard House dinner for Best Hotels in America. Brian’s career has given him the opportunity to cook for a wide variety of celebrities ranging from then Governor George Bush, Madelyn Albright, to rock stars Gwen Stefani and Snoop Dog. In addition to Brian’s extreme passion for food, Brian has a collection of over 200 cookbooks, his hobbies include tattoos, saltwater aquariums and growing orchids.
