Experience: Have worked in several Award Winning Restaurants and Four Star Hotels throughout the United States to include: Lark Creek Inn (Winner of James Beard Award, ’94), Le Bec Fin, Lespinasse, Bostonian Hotel (Seasons Restaurant), Chez Catherine, Vega Grill (Opened New Latin Restaurant with James Beard winning Chef 2002 Mid-Atlantic Region), Chesapeake Grill, Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa.
