I have 4 wonderful children and, my beautiful wife Robin Lynn. I am an active member of the A.C.F. Capitol of Texas Chef’s association. I have been in Austin since 1987; I completed my 3 year Apprenticeship through the A.C.F.E.I. Accreted Apprenticeship Program. I have had the honor of working with and knowing many great Chefs’ here in Austin. I have also worked at 2 country Clubs and several Hotels in Austin.
