Louis discovered a love for cooking and the culinary arts at a young age, working in his father’s restaurant and also spending time studying under his great uncle, Chef Dominic Ciola, who founded of the original Ciola’s Restaurant in Virginia Beach in 1949. Already mastering Italian cuisine before graduating high school, Louis then attended the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York where he trained with Master Chefs including Star Chef Jason Robinson.
