After being a Sous Chef at the Hilton Glendale, Ca. he worked at the Fess Parker Doubletree in Santa Barbara, Ca. as an Executive Sous Chef. He is now our Executive Chef for the Doubletree Guest Suites and the 15th Street Cafe here in Austin.
